Once a month we gather to practice, reflect, and explore a focused theme together. May include guided exercises, live demonstrations, Q&A, and deeper teaching. Can't attend live? The replay lives in your membership library.
A quieter, more intentional space for reflection and conversation. Each week brings a short prompt or practice invitation — not homework, just an opening. Participate actively or simply read and reflect. Both count here.
